What it is, and what it is not
Particulars finds and points. It is not legal advice: it does not say whether a term is fair, usual or enforceable, or what you should do about it.
It can miss or misread a term, as anyone skimming a contract can. Before you rely on a date, open its clause: that is why every row has one.
The table is drafted by an AI model that reads the whole contract. Ordinary code then works out the dates, keeps each row tied to the sentence it came from, and builds the calendar file.
How your file is handled
Your contract goes from your browser to our server and on to Anthropic, the company whose model reads it. It is held in memory while it is read. We keep no copy, and the table stays in your browser tab until you close it, so download it if you want to keep it.
Anthropic does not train its models on what it reads for us, and deletes it within 30 days under its terms for business use.
To keep the free readings fair, we count how many contracts each visitor reads. Network addresses are kept only as one-way codes, never as they are.
